I thought that this cow was quite shy as she walked past me, letting me know she still had her eye on me. I approached it a little differently by blending her into the background, trying to capture a bit of mystery.

Another curious expression from this friendly bovine. I’ve learnt it’s not always best to chase cows trying to get their photograph if they aren’t interested. As with life playing a little hard to get is sometimes more successful, so occasionally I will just sit in the middle of the field and wait… tick tock… and wait some more…. And sure enough they will come and see what is wrong with me! Of course once half a ton of meat gets a little too close I usually decide to stand up in case I’m mistaken for a snack…
